Probate Valuations

We offer a tailored Probate Valuation Service, working closely with individuals and professional clients.

To complete your probate submission for HMRC, you need an accurate appraisal of an estate's assets at current open market value and a completed IHT 407 form. Our valuations are formatted to match the IHT407 forms, simplifying the process for you.

We can value entire house contents or selected items, including fine art, jewellery, watches, antique furniture, works of art, contemporary art and design, specialist collectibles, coins, stamps, wine, silver, and household items. Our experienced specialists conducts all valuations.

Following legal guidelines, we itemize objects worth £1,500 or more individually. Objects below this value are represented in group totals, however we can provide more comprehensive valuations if required for family division or specifically bequeathed items.

Once probate is granted, our specialists can advise on sales strategies through our calendar of specialist sales or by private treaty.
